It’s Christmas Week. I know you are busy. Buying last minute gifts, perhaps. Going to parties and family gatherings. Or, perhaps you celebrate Christmas, or another Holiday, quietly. Regardless, we have Christmas Wishes for you.
We wish that you have the happiest of healthiest of holidays.
We wish that you win your War On Diabetes and never have to consider the complications the disease can bring.
We wish that if you have been told you have Prediabetes, that you take it seriously and beat it back. Or, at the very least delay the onset of Type 2 Diabetes.
We wish that if you are working to lose weight, that you will continue to do so through the Holidays – the most difficult time of the year to be losing weight. If you can do it now, you can do it anytime!
It’s Christmas this week and New Year’s next. As a result, there will be fewer posts this week and next. But, stay tuned because there are some changes coming by the beginning of the New Year.
As always, thank you for reading.
Thanks for the seasonal wishes Phil, and all the best to you and your family, with hope that you enjoy the holidays.
Regards from England, Pete.
