As I sit here, I am thinking about all of the wonderful things for which I am thankful. Not the least of which are the readers of this little blog. Some of you I know from encouraging notes and comments. Some from emails. And, while I have never met any of you face-to-face, I feel like we are building a small community.
This may sound a bit corny, but I am truly humbled that you would even choose to spend a little time reading here. That you would share part of your day with us is so very wonderful and something we do not take for granted.
Diabetes is a disease for life. I am never not going to be a diabetic. But, in fighting to control Diabetes, I have gained the best health I have had in 25 years. Based on all of the numbers collected by my doctor, I am doing very well. And, I have Diabetes to thank for that. You see, I know myself well enough to know that I would not have done anything if it weren’t for the disease.
And, I want you to enjoy the same quality of health that I am enjoying. You can do it. I know you can. I believe you can. You need to believe it, too. Declare your War On Diabetes today (I just couldn’t help myself).
As always, and more so today, thank you for reading.
Now, go enjoy your day!
