Havin’ A Bad Day…

The other day was not exactly stellar for me.  And, as you fight fight Diabetes or Prediabetes you might experience ‘one of those days.  Someone, a dear, dear friend, sent me a YouTube video…somehow things were a bit better after I watched it.

World Peace may not break out; your A1c might not suddenly become 5.0; and,  you may not find any new solutions after watching the video, but you know what? You might just feel a little better.

Thank you to Sonicfan990 on YouTube and to Katherine.

As always, thank you for…well, watching.

Nothing like a cute baby animal to cheer things up! Hope you have had some better days since Phil.
