Now that winter is here, it’s starting to get harder and harder to stay active and healthy. We don’t know about you, but during the winter months staying in with a movie, a blanket and some comfort food seems a lot more appealing than hitting the gym. In order to stay active and fit for our big hike next summer, we’ve had to get creative with fun ways to stay healthy this winter:
