I was just reading this blog posting and found I was inspired by Somer’s story. Please take time to read it. If she can overcome weight and a disease, you can as well. You can control diabetes. You can be the Master.
Yes, it takes a bit of work and dedication, but the body responds very quickly when treated with respect and care.
Please, please read Somer’s story. (Note the begging.) Do you need to do what she did? I don’t know. Everyone’s body is different. At the very least, as a diabetic, our diets should be heavy on the vegetables, a small portion of protein, and good whole wheat products. Skip the sugar – we already have enough of that in our blood.
