Fresh produce is one of nature’s best gifts. Colorful fruits and vegetables are not only tasty, but are terrific sources of vitamins, minerals, fiber and healthy carbohydrates. Whenever I walk through the produce aisle at the grocery, especially in the summertime, I want to put one of everything in my cart!
